CEO Crew provides an AI workforce platform for business owners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to account owners and users.

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, company profile details, onboarding answers, chat messages, uploaded or generated business content, usage and billing records, support communications, and security logs.

When you connect third-party tools, we store the minimum connection metadata and encrypted credentials needed to operate those integrations. Connected services may include email, calendar, CRM, social, payments, analytics, site publishing, and other business tools you choose to authorize.

We use information to provide the service, operate AI employees, route work across connected tools, enforce usage limits, process payments, secure accounts, detect abuse, troubleshoot incidents, improve product reliability, and communicate important service updates.

We use trusted processors for hosting, database storage, authentication, payments, analytics, error monitoring, AI model access, and connected-tool orchestration. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to CEO Crew.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can request access to, a copy of, or deletion of your account data, subject to records we are required to keep.

• You can delete your company and its data from Settings. Deletion is confirmed by email and takes effect after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel it. When it completes, your company and its associated data, including agents, tasks, chat history, and stored credentials, are removed and your connected-tool access is revoked.
• Some operational records, such as security events and billing or webhook audit records, may be kept for as long as needed for security, fraud prevention, legal, and accounting purposes.
• Backups and Neon point-in-time recovery may retain deleted data until the backup retention window expires. We do not restore deleted personal data except for security, legal, or disaster-recovery necessity.
• Financial records such as invoices, payment metadata, tax records, and dispute records are held by our payment processor and may be retained for the legally required accounting period.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. Send privacy or data-subject requests to support@ceocrew.app. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use authentication, access controls, encryption for stored secrets, tenant isolation, audit logging, approval gates for high-risk AI actions, monitoring, and operational runbooks to protect the platform. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to prevent, detect, and respond to security issues.
