These terms govern use of CEO Crew, a hosted AI workforce platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to use the service for the business you register.

CEO Crew helps plan, draft, analyze, and execute business work through AI employees and connected tools. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. You remain responsible for reviewing decisions, approving high-risk actions, and ensuring that your use of the service is lawful and suitable for your business.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure, connecting only tools you are authorized to use, maintaining accurate billing information, and supervising work that affects customers, money, public communications, regulated activities, or legal rights.

You may not use CEO Crew to break the law, violate third-party rights, send deceptive or abusive communications, harvest credentials, distribute malware, evade platform limits, attack systems, or process data you do not have a right to use. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that create security, abuse, billing, or legal risk.

Paid plans and usage wallets are billed through Stripe. Plan details, allowances, and prices are shown at checkout and inside the billing area. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are recurring, usage credits may be limited by plan or billing period, and failed payments may interrupt service.

Connected services such as authentication, payments, email, CRM, analytics, publishing, AI models, and automation providers are governed by their own terms. CEO Crew is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or data you choose to send to those services.

We may update features, limits, pricing, integrations, or policies as the platform evolves. We may also pause or remove functionality when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or provider requirements.

CEO Crew is provided as an online software service and is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, medical, financial, or compliance advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
